Please read the following terms related to our shipping process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During high volume periods (sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–8 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on orders up to ₹3000.
• No additional COD handling fee is applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking details.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@oldowl.in with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undelivered Orders / Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, we can re-ship the order after collecting a re-shipping fee.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items / items purchased during special promotions
• Customized or personalized products
• Innerwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. 
   Email us at [support@oldowl.in] within 5 days of receiving the product with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return shipping instructions.
3. You can either ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service at your cost, or we can arrange a pickup (pickup service charges may apply).
4. A proper video is to be recorded while packing and handing over the item to the delivery person, both videos shouldn't have any cuts.

Note:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Rs 200 to be deducted from the original amount as return and shipping cost and rest to be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed as store credits/gift card within 7–10 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund as store credits/gift card.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
• Items returned without informing us or beyond the return window.

Exchanges

At Old Owl, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing us at [support@oldowl.in] or calling us at [+91 8329970286].
   Make sure to include your order number and the reason for exchange.
2. Our customer support team will review your request. If eligible, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions.
3. We will arrange a pickup of the item from your address.
4. If pickup service is not available at your pin code, you will be required to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service at your own cost.

Important: Video Proof Required

You must provide two clear videos as part of the exchange process:

• A video of the product being packed properly.
• A video of the package being handed over to the delivery person.
  Note: Both videos must be continuous with no cuts or edits.

Exchange & Shipping Fee

An exchange and shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable.
This fee must be paid through a secure payment link provided by our customer support team.

Inspection & Replacement

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

• If the product passes inspection, your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
• If the product fails inspection, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@oldowl.in] with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

• Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
