Shipping Policy

At OLD OWL, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please read the following terms related to our shipping process.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During high volume periods (sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–8 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹3000.

  • No additional COD handling fee is applied.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking details.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@oldowl.in with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Undelivered Orders / Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, we can re-ship the order after collecting a re-shipping fee.
