Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items:

Sale items / items purchased during special promotions

Customized or personalized products
-
Innerwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [support@oldowl.in] within 5 days of receiving the product with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return shipping instructions.

You can either ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service at your cost, or we can arrange a pickup (pickup service charges may apply).
- A proper video is to be recorded while packing and handing over the item to the delivery person, both videos shouldn't have any cuts.
Note:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Rs 200 to be deducted from the original amount as return and shipping cost and rest to be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed as store credits/gift card within 7–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund as store credits/gift card.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

Items returned without informing us or beyond the return window.
Exchanges
At Old Owl, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Make sure to include your order number and the reason for exchange. -
Our customer support team will review your request. If eligible, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions.

We will arrange a pickup of the item from your address.

If pickup service is not available at your pin code, you will be required to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service at your own cost.

Important: Video Proof Required
You must provide two clear videos as part of the exchange process:

A video of the product being packed properly.

A video of the package being handed over to the delivery person.
Note: Both videos must be continuous with no cuts or edits.
Exchange & Shipping Fee
An exchange and shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable.
This fee must be paid through a secure payment link provided by our customer support team.
Inspection & Replacement
Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the product passes inspection, your replacement item will be shipped immediately.

If the product fails inspection, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@oldowl.in] with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations

Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
